Een dag om elkaars cohorten\, expertise en assays te leren kennen\, je eigen werk zichtbaar te maken\, en gedeelde validatie\, datadeling en gezamenlijke subsidieaanvragen laagdrempelig te laten ontstaan. \nDe dag volgt de patient journey: van herkenning en triage\, via subtypering en host-directed therapy en antimicrobiële en hemodynamische resuscitatie\, tot post-sepsis zorg. Naast de keynotesessies is er een speed-ronde met flitspraatjes en een standmarkt tijdens de netwerklunch. \nElke bijdrage sluit af met één concrete boodschap: wat heb ik te bieden en wat zoek ik? \n\n\nWaarom meedoen\nJe ziet in één dag wie in Nederland aan welk cohort\, welke omics-laag en welke assays werkt. Hoe implementeer ik dat praktisch in mijn ziekenhuis. \nDoelstelling en leerdoelen\n\nKennisoverdracht van laatste inzichten in sepsis vroegherkenning\, diagnostiek en behandeling\nLeren van best practices in de organisatie van sepsis vroegherkenning\nInteractief leren om de behandeling van sepsis in het eigen ziekenhuis te kunnen verbeteren\nDoor met meerdere deelnemers uit hetzelfde ziekenhuis deel te nemen wordt de leeropbrengst vergroot.

SUMMARY:Sepsis Update 2027\, Heidelberg
DESCRIPTION:Het internationale Sepsis-Update van de Duitse Sepsis Gesellschaft (DSG) biedt drie dagen actuele kennis over diagnostiek en behandeling van sepsis. Het voorlopige programma omvat onder meer immuunrespons en immunomodulatie\, vroege detectie\, weefselperfusie\, refractaire septische shock\, gerichte immunotherapie\, anti-infectieus beleid en het post-sepsissyndroom. Ook Nederlandse sprekers dragen bij\, onder wie Peter Pickkers\, Lennie Derde en Hjalmar Bouma. Op 21 april is er daarnaast een workshop van de European Group on Immunology of Sepsis (EGIS). Het definitieve programma volgt.
